Flights are always memorable when you get great smiles and greetings. Of course, all airlines do their best to serve their customers well enough to use their service again.
Air asia is truly one of a kind. Some people had great experiences - like me; however, some people doesn't. Maybe I prepare myself well, so that things go a little bit smoother. I've seen women yelling at the baggage drop counters one time leaving the country, one time returning. Typical single sided conversation like 'you are so rude! I am your customer! I wanna see your manager!' while the other party remained silent to savor their dignity.
What went wrong? I mean it's hard enough already on the service line. You are sure that when you complain about someone who is struggling to serve you right, he/she is cursing you hard in all sorts of languages sometimes with a smile on their faces.
For a budget price, Air Asia deserve an applause.
